Our Guarantee. This Policy is only applicable to live webinar classes. If you do not pass the EIT Exam after your second attempt, and meet the rules detailed below, we will return your money or you can repeat the class for a third time. We guarantee our teaching and teaching materials. However, in order for students to receive the full benefit of our teaching and teaching materials, and to ensure that each student succeeds in passing the EIT Exam, students need to accept responsibility for their part and prepare for the exam by attending our lectures and studying the teaching materials. The following Strike System has been established to encourage student participation. The system is based on several quizzes, a midterm and a final exam. If a student receives:

  1. Total of 0-4 strikes (including all quizzes, the midterm and the final exam)—the student is able to repeat the course free of charge if he/she does not pass the EIT exam the first time. If the student does not pass the exam the second time, full refund will be provided or may chose to repeat the course a third time.
  2. Total of 5-9 strikes (including all quizzes, midterm and final exam)—the student is able to repeat the course if he/she does not pass the exam the first time. If the student does not pass the exam the second time, a refund of 50% will be provided.
  3. Total of 10-19 strikes (including all quizzes, midterm and final exam)—the student is able to repeat the course if he/she does not pass the exam the first time. If the student does not pass a second time, a refund will not be provided.
  4. Total of 20+ strikes (including all quizzes, midterm and final exam)—the student will not be able to repeat the course if he/she does not pass the EIT exam the first time. A refund will not be provided for students with 20 or more strikes.
If a student does not do well on a quiz and receives strikes, he/she may request a second chance to take the quiz. However, a score of 80% or above is required on the second attempt in order for the strikes of the first attempt to be removed from the student’s record. If the score is less than 80%, new strikes based on the above Strike System will be added to the student's record.

Note: If a student decides to and is allowed (based on the above Strike System) to take the course for a second or a third time, any strikes that were obtained during the previous course(s) will accrue and will be combined with any strikes received during the new course.

Explanation of the Strike System (the strikes apply to all quizzes, the midterm and the final exam. Midterm and final exam consist of two sessions—a morning and an afternoon session. Each session is scored separately and the Strike System applies to each session separately):
  • For scores between 60 to 80, you will receive 1 strike.
  • For scores between 40 to 60, you will receive 2 strikes.
  • For scores below 40, you will receive 3 strikes.
If you do not pass the EIT Exam the first time, you can attend the class for a second time within 12 months of the first exam, at any location and any time. In order to be able to attend the class for the second time, your total strikes from the first class must be less than 20. Otherwise, you are not able to repeat the course. If you do not pass the EIT Exam on your second attempt, you will need to provide us with the result of your EIT Exam. In addition, all refunds must be requested in writing via email or mail to the following addresses:
EITEXPERTS@EITEXPERTS.COM or P.O. Box 20803 San Jose, CA, 95120.
All letters must be emailed or postmarked within 30 days of receiving your EIT Exam score. If you qualify for a refund, we will return your money according to the number of strikes you have received. Please see the above rules. After receiving a refund, you are no longer eligible to take the courses offered by EITExperts.
